Disputes must be submitted within 60 days of the statement date for the first statement in which the error appeared.

Disputes must include the following information:

  1. Account holder name
  2. Account number
  3. Description of the item in question; please explain clearly why you believe it is an error or why you need more information
  4. Date of the suspected error
  5. Dollar amount of the suspected error

Disputes will be investigated with a resolution or provisional credit provided within ten (10) business days.
